Qualifications

• Experience at Adjuster II level or rotation into a specialty position (Coverage, Investigation Specialist, etc.).
• Ability to review, evaluate, and negotiate injury claims when applicable.
• Strong understanding of auto insurance policies and claim processes.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for advanced auto claims.
• Assess coverage, liability, damages and negotiate within authority.
• Recognize vehicle damage and identify potential subrogation or fraud.
