Job summary

You will work Pacific Time hours (8am–5pm PT) and support initiatives that align with company objectives while delivering compassionate service to retain customers.

Qualifications

• Ten to fifteen adjuster staff or vendors managed.
• Oversees highly complex arbitration contentions and settlements.
• Provides coaching, performance reviews and ride-alongs/file reviews.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional claims and inquiry service through chat.
• Coach and mentor staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Monitor workloads and staffing levels; optimize unit performance.
• Resolve complex customer conflicts to ensure retention.
