Job summary

Preferred experience includes auto liability claims handling, coverage investigations, subrogation and fraud identification, and managing a diverse caseload.

Qualifications

• Experience handling auto liability claims and coverage investigations.
• Ability to negotiate settlements and assess damages.
• Familiarity with subrogation and fraud identification.
• Strong customer service, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle investigation of advanced auto claims including coverage, liability and damages.
• Evaluate claim exposures and negotiate settlements within authority.
• Review injuries and negotiate basic to moderate injury claims when applicable.
• Identify subrogation or fraud potential and manage accordingly.
• Apply experience to Specialty positions like Coverage, Investigation Specialist, or Total Loss as needed.
