Qualifications

• 1+ year in a call center, customer service, or related role preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability to work Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (U.S Time).

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and persuade callers to choose Omni Glass.
• Schedule mobile and in-shop service appointments using CRM.
• Provide information on service options, pricing, warranties, and discounts.
• Follow up on appointments and customer concerns.
• Accurately enter customer information into the CRM system.
