Requirements

• Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively and team members.
  
• Proficiency in administrative tasks related to service documentation and inventory management.
  
• Previous experience as an auto glass installer
  
• Previous experience in managing auto glass installers and operational processes
  
• Ability to supervise junior technicians or trainees as needed.
  
• Background in auto glass sales
