Job summary

GEICO is hiring an Auto Damage Trainee (Field) to work remotely within the United States. You will inspect vehicle damage, estimate repair costs, and negotiate settlements while coordinating with body shops, rental agencies, and parts providers.

The role emphasizes customer interaction and problem resolution, requiring evenings, weekends, and holidays availability. Experience in customer-facing roles and in high-volume call centers is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs is a plus.
• Active Adjusters license preferred (training and fees provided).
• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and assess vehicle damage and estimate repair costs.
• Negotiate equitable settlements with customers and body shops.
• Coordinate with rental companies and parts providers.
• Provide reassurance and solutions after accidents.
