Job summary

GEICO is seeking a Field Auto Damage Trainee to provide reassurance and solutions after accidents. You will inspect vehicles, estimate repair costs, negotiate settlements, and partner with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers.

Role requires customer-facing experience; valid driver's license; high school diploma or GED. Training includes 3 weeks at Ashburn, VA and 2 weeks in NY/TX/CA centers to learn and grow, with a field territory covering Boston, MA.

Qualifications

Experience & Qualifications: Customer-facing experience preferred.
Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred.
Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
Valid driver's license that meets company underwriting guidelines required.

Responsibilities

Consult with involved parties, review insurance contracts, inspect vehicles, write estimates, and manage rental cars.
Resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions.
