Qualifications

• 5+ years in Property & Casualty insurance,
• Experience handling auto damage estimates and total loss evaluations.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes and valuation methods.
• Experience negotiating with repair facilities and resolving claim issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and evaluate vehicle damage via virtual or field assessments.
• Negotiate repair costs and settlements with facilities and other parties.
• Research vehicle values to determine ACV and total loss settlements.
• Review photos, docs, and repair plans to support decisions.
• Authorize supplements and conduct re-inspections as needed.
• Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the process.
• Document claim activity in company systems.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and DOIs.
• Build relationships with facilities, vendors, customers, and stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members.
