Job summary

Allied Solutions LLC is seeking a Material Damage Claims Specialist to produce internal estimates, appraisals, and valuations for REPO Plus claim files. You will act as the physical damage SME and audit external estimates as needed, while supporting ongoing QA and process improvements.

The role also includes providing initial and evergreen training on physical damage concepts, including condition report reviews and update training for adjustments and analysts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 8–10 years of work-related experience.
• Maintain licensing and ongoing education (state licensing, ICAR, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Produce internal estimates, appraisals, and valuations for REPO Plus claim files (80%).
• Serve as physical damage SMEs; audit OIC estimates/appraisals (10%).
• Deliver initial and evergreen physical damage training (10%).
