Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a full-time claims professional to analyze and process complex auto bodily injury and commercial transportation claims. You will review coverage, investigate liability, and evaluate damages to ensure timely, accurate resolutions.

Ideal candidates have five years of claims management experience, strong communication, and MS Office proficiency. A bachelor's degree is preferred, with licenses where required, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Five years of claims management experience or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of personal and commercial auto policies, coverage, principles, and laws.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; professional certification as applicable.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process complex auto bodily injury and commercial transport claims.
• Review coverage, investigate liability, and evaluate damages.
• Coordinate vendor support and manage subrogation or salvage when applicable.
• Ensure timely resolution and compliance with client requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting of claim activity.
