The position requires meticulous data capture and strong communication with providers, payers, and patients. Training is onsite for 1 week, then remote with a Monday–Friday schedule. Collaboration across a multidisciplinary pre-arrival team is essential to ensure timely

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Associate's degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate financial clearance and authorization across BJC hospitals.
• Coordinate with provider offices, payers and payer websites to secure and validate authorization/NOA.
• Ensure accurate patient data, especially authorization details, are populated in the medical record.
• Provide professional communication with patients, offices and payers and deliver excellent customer service.
