Qualifications

• 2-5 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Validate patient information, scheduled tests, and insurance details ensuring accurate authorization.
• Communicate professionally with providers, insurers, and patients to obtain approvals and coordinate scheduling.
• Promote teamwork and engagement while contributing to department objectives and professional development.
• Initiate contact with providers and payers to secure and validate authorization information across systems.
• Support Ancillary Authorization, Surgery Authorization, or NOA processes within the BJC Pre-Arrival Team.
