Job summary

Embedded Shishya, a boutique accounting practice based in Australia, seeks an experienced Intermediate Accountant to support a growing client base. This long‑term role offers a diverse workload across accounting, bookkeeping, and compliance, working remotely from the Philippines for a dynamic offshore team.

You will manage a broad range of responsibilities, demonstrate strong technical expertise, and contribute to efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA/CA/IPA qualification is not essential but preferred.
• Experience in Australian taxation and accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare activity statements, STP reconciliation, and reporting.
• Handle TPAR reporting and subcontractor payments review.
• Prepare FBT returns and employee contribution calculations.
• Complete income tax returns and financial statements.
• Assist with year-end workpapers and client documentation.
