Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
• Proficient with Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks Online or similar software.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain ledgers.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate balances.
• Process accounts payable/receivable and payroll when necessary.
• Assist with monthly/quarterly financial reports and tax preparation.
• Maintain records in Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks Online or similar.
• Collaborate with client’s finance team and provide cash flow insights.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
