Job summary

LEVELOCITI is seeking a Remote Audit Senior/Audit Manager to oversee nonprofit audit engagements from planning through completion. You will work directly with nonprofit clients on complex accounting and compliance matters, review workpapers and financial statements, and communicate findings clearly to senior stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 2–7+ years in public accounting with nonprofit audit experience and hold an active CPA license.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license; Managers preferred or pursuing for Seniors.
• Experience leading financial statement audits and reviews.

Remote Audit Senior/Audit Manager | Boutique CPA & Advisory Firm

Location: 100% Remote (Must be based in the U.S.) (CST/MST/PST Strongly Preferred)

Compensation : $85,000 - $140,000 + 10-12% Annual Bonus

Requirements : 2-7+ years of public accounting, audit, and Nonprofit client experience

One of the few CPA & Advisory firms in the country that works exclusively with nonprofit organizations is looking to add an experienced Audit Senior or Audit Manager to their team! Founded in the early 1990s, this boutique firm has built its reputation on deep nonprofit expertise, a tech-forward approach, and a culture that puts people ahead of billable hours - ++because they don't track them.++

Their client base spans foundations, educational institutions, sports organizations, journalism nonprofits, and environmental organizations - ranging from small local causes to nationally recognized names, primarily across CA, UT, and NY. The firm is currently in active growth mode, with two new Managing Partners stepping in to invest further in the team and the firm's long-term direction.

This is an opportunity to do meaningful audit work for clients with real missions, without the traditional public accounting grind of tracked hours and rigid schedules.

What We're Looking For:

• 2-7+ years of Public Accounting & Audit Experience
• Nonprofit audit experience required
• Experience leading financial statement audit & review engagements
• Strong understanding of GAAP and audit standards
• Experience working directly with clients as a main POC
• Active CPA license (for Managers); CPA preferred or actively pursuing for Seniors
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
