Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Audit & Adjustment Coordinator for 100% remote work. The role involves reviewing contracts and pricing, auditing customer eligibility, and resolving pricing discrepancies to ensure accuracy across systems. A remote, full-time position with exposure to healthcare/pharma pricing processes.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year in related fields, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently from a remote location. Healthcare/pharma distribution experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in contract administration, auditing, pricing, billing, reconciliation, AR, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable reviewing and interpreting contracts or detailed agreements.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, GPO, IDN, or distribution experience is a plus—not required.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and pricing agreements for accuracy.
• Audit pricing and customer eligibility information in company systems.
• Research and resolve pricing discrepancies.
• Process customer credit/rebill adjustments when pricing is incorrect.
• Work with Pricing, Finance, Customer Accounts, Customer Service, and suppliers to resolve issues.
• Compile data and documentation for pricing validation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and data accuracy.
