Qualifications

• Experience in Risk Adjustment, HEDIS, or healthcare auditing.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis including VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs.
• Strong experience handling HIPAA and PHI.

Responsibilities

• Support healthcare compliance audits including RADV audits.
• Perform data analysis and reporting in Excel.
• Work with medical charts and PHI while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
