Job summary

Ryder Audit Services is seeking an Intern to support audit projects across Accounting, Finance, Operations, and Information Technology. This remote, part-time internship (20 hours/week) offers flexible scheduling around classes and exposure to SOX, process, vendor, and IT general control audits.

You will learn auditing fundamentals, perform procedures, prepare working papers, and communicate findings to management.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BA/BS in Accounting, Business, Finance, or Information Systems.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Assist with SOX and other compliance audits and ITGC assignments.
• Perform audit procedures, gather evidence, and document auditee processes.
• Prepare working papers and interview auditees; review documents.
• Identify issues and develop recommendations with independent judgment.
• Communicate findings through reports and management presentations.
