This remote, part-time internship (20 hours per week) offers flexibility around class schedules, exposure to risk assessment, working papers, interviews, and communicating results to management.

Qualifications

• Incoming junior pursuing a BA/BS in Accounting, Business, Finance, or Information Systems with relevant coursework.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Learn fundamentals of auditing and business operations through formal/on-the-job training.
• Perform audit procedures: identify issues, develop criteria, review evidence, document processes.
• Prepare working papers, conduct interviews, review documents, and summarize memos.
• Identify, develop, and document issues and recommendations with independent judgment.
• Communicate results via written reports and oral presentations to management.
