Express Recruiting Group is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 1-3 years of civil litigation experience and an active California Bar membership to independently manage a Lemon Law caseload from filing through resolution.

Remote work is offered full-time, with the option for hybrid work for candidates located in Los Angeles. The role requires strong drafting, deposition, discovery, settlement negotiation, and trial preparation skills.

We are seeking a Litigation Attorney with 1-3 years of civil litigation experience and active California Bar membership to independently manage a caseload of Lemon Law matters from filing through resolution.

Qualifications:

• Experience drafting pleadings and substantive motions, conducting and defending depositions, handling discovery disputes, negotiating settlements, preparing attorney fee motions, and assisting with trial preparation.
• Civil litigation experience (lemon law experience not required)
• Admitted in CA
• At least 2 years of law firm experience

This is a full-time remote role. However, candidates located in Los Angeles are welcome to come into the office on a hybrid schedule.
