The role requires a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, strong discovery and deposition skills, and the ability to appear at CMCs and status conferences.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar membership
• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience
• Discovery experience
• Depositions
• Appearances at CMCs, status conferences, or similar court hearings
• Must reside in California

Responsabilités

• Manage litigation matters from commencement through trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
• Conduct written discovery and manage discovery strategy
• Take and defend depositions
• Attend case management conferences and court appearances
• Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations
• Work closely with clients and senior attorneys
• Gain hands-on trial experience and courtroom exposure
