Job summary

Law Firms is seeking a California-based attorney for a fully remote litigation role focusing on Lemon Law and automotive warranty matters. You will own cases end-to-end, manage a focused caseload, and collaborate with a seasoned team on complex matters.

Qualifications

• 1–10+ years of attorney experience.
• Litigation experience required.
• Lemon Law experience is a plus, but not required.
• Attorneys from other litigation backgrounds are welcome to apply.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage matters and exercise sound legal judgment.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 25–35 active matters at a time.
• Take hands-on ownership of cases throughout the litigation lifecycle.
• Handle discovery, pleadings, motions, negotiations, depositions, hearings, and other litigation responsibilities.
• Develop case strategy and work toward favorable resolutions.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and other parties as needed.
• Analyze legal issues and apply California law to complex warranty and litigation matters.
• Maintain strong case organization while managing an active caseload.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys and litigation professionals.
