Trustpoint. One is seeking California-barred attorneys for a 100% remote role handling a growing portfolio of California Lemon Law and warranty litigation matters. Most matters are filed in Southern California state courts, with some in federal court; arbitration experience is valued.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years of meaningful litigation experience and can manage cases independently, from inception to resolution.
A highly respected national law firm is expanding its Mass Tort Solutions team and is seeking California-barred attorneys to handle a growing portfolio of California Lemon Law and warranty litigation matters.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys hands-on litigation and substantive legal work without the business-development expectations and pressures associated with a traditional partnership track. The firm has created a dedicated Counsel career path, offering progression from Counsel to Senior Counsel.
This role offers the flexibility to work 100% remotely from anywhere in the United States, provided you are admitted to the California Bar. Most matters are filed in Southern California state courts, with some cases proceeding in federal court. Arbitration experience is also highly valued.
The team is open to attorneys with 2+ years of solid litigation experience who are comfortable independently managing a case and understand the litigation process. Experience on the specific Lemon Law/warranty side is not required—the firm is willing to train the right litigator.
This opportunity may be particularly attractive to attorneys who want to continue practicing law at a high level while stepping away from the traditional partnership track and business-generation responsibilities.
Whether you're an experienced attorney looking for a more sustainable long-term practice, an attorney transitioning from in-house, or someone who has relocated throughout their career, this role provides the opportunity to focus on the legal work you enjoy—without the additional demands of partnership development.
100% Remote — Anywhere in the U.S.
Candidates will be evaluated based on their resume and litigation experience. A writing sample is required and should be an actual legal document the candidate has prepared and filed.
If you’re a California-barred litigator looking for a remote opportunity focused on substantive legal work—not business development—I’d love to connect.
