Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Savannah, GA is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer III to drive supplier quality across the product life cycle. You will partner with Engineering, Operations, and Procurement to monitor supplier QMS and lead major quality improvement projects with limited supervision.

Required: Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field, 4 years of manufacturing experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and knowledge of APQP/lean principles. Travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 4 years of technical manufacturing experience preferred.
• Aerospace manufacturing experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supports supplier quality/inspection system tasks.
• Ensures delivered articles meet quality system requirements.
• Audits supplier quality systems and compliance with standards.
• Coordinates QA program plans and audit schedules with Gulfstream suppliers.
• Drives CAPA processes for all suppliers.
• Leads supplier quality focus meetings with senior leadership.
