Job summary

Saic is seeking a Full-time Remote Pilot Operator (RPO) for its Controller Training Solutions (CTS) team in Charlotte, NC. The RPO plays a critical role in simulating pilot and controller actions in air traffic control training exercises.

The ideal candidate will have a high-school diploma, proficiency in communication, and the ability to maintain a Public Trust clearance. Experience in ATC simulation labs and effective team collaboration are desired skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high-school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams and manuals.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to maintain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Operate simulated radar display and voice communication system.
• Receive and respond to voice commands from students.
• Simulate actions and communication of pilots during training exercises.
