Job summary

Global Medical Response is seeking an Associate Systems Administrator to provide operational support for enterprise systems such as NinthBrain and Hospital Hub. The role emphasizes day-to-day ticket resolution, configuration, troubleshooting, and documentation to ensure reliable system performance.

You will work closely with senior admins and cross-functional teams to support mission-critical operations and patient care through robust platform support and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in system administration, tech support, or IT ops.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS and healthcare or similar environment is a plus.
• Strong documentation and ticket-triage skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support for ADO tickets and triage issues.
• Perform system setup/config for NinthBrain per process.
• Assist credential setup and data mapping with proper configs.
• Monitor import success via alerts and manual checks.
• Troubleshoot System issues across NinthBrain, ImageTrend, Hospital Hub.
• Develop and maintain Quick Reference Guides and docs.
• Collaborate with peers to ensure timely support coverage.
• Participate in training and knowledge sharing.
