Qualifications

• Master's degree or foreign equivalent in CS or related field and 3 years of ServiceNow experience.
• 3+ years of experience developing and customizing ServiceNow apps, including scoped apps, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Experience with AngularJS for service portal development and catalog item customization.
• Experience with ITSM automation, workflows, and UI policies to streamline processes.

Responsibilities

• Customization & Configuration: Analyze and configure ServiceNow applications, applying technical expertise to design and implement solutions that enhance platform functionality using scripting (UI actions, business rules, client scripts, server-side scripts).
• System Integration: Design, implement, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware.
• Troubleshooting & Technical Support: Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues with ServiceNow applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges, ensuring system stability, reliability, and timely resolution of issues.
• Documentation & Process Improvement: Create detailed technical documentation, design specifications, coding standards, and deployment procedures; automate routine tasks and streamline workflows using Workflow Editor and Flow Designer.
• System Testing & Monitoring: Continuously test software performance to ensure functionality aligns with business requirements; monitor and maintain systems and provide ongoing support for updates.
