Owens & Minor is seeking high-potential graduates for the Associate Sales Executive in the NextGen Sales Program. This entry-level role launches a path to Territory, Surgical, or Enterprise Solutions Sales tracks, with formal training, field immersion, mentorship, and hands-on customer engagement.

Participants build foundations in healthcare, distribution, and analytics, own opportunities, develop relationships, and work with cross-functional teams to accelerate growth and territory ownership.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree within last 0-3 years in business, healthcare, or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership through internships, athletics, organizations, military service, or work experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong business acumen and learning ability.
• Ability to travel within assigned geography.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Develop relationships with healthcare decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Support customer meetings, business reviews, and account planning activities.
• Learn customer purchasing processes and market dynamics.
• Maintain CRM data and participate in pipeline reviews and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and Clinical teams.
