Job summary

CareHarmony is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support sourcing and onboarding for roles in Chronic Care Management. This is a fully remote position with a focus on high-volume recruiting, interfacing with business teams and candidates to ensure a smooth process.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of recruiting experience, healthcare recruiting is a plus, and strong time management and ATS skills. You will operate across time zones and contribute to talent growth as part of a growing care-focused

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Healthcare recruiting experience is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to source for a variety of roles.
• Proactive and independent with initiative.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of sourcing effectiveness, screening, interviewing, selection, and candidate assessment techniques.
• Experience directly soliciting passive candidates via phone or inside sales.
• Driven to achieve and outperform, with KPI focus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS/databases.
