Epiq is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support settlement and claims administration in a deadline-driven environment. You will work with project managers, internal teams, and client stakeholders to keep matters organized, accurate, and moving forward.

The role offers growth into a full Project Manager position, with a compensation range of 65,000–80,000 USD annually and potential bonus depending on location and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, client services, operations, or professional services.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Project Managers on active settlement and claims administration matters.
• Coordinate daily project tasks and track progress against court-driven deadlines.
• Translate client and court requirements into clear operational work requests.
• Assist with client communications, status updates, and routine inquiries.
• Review, prepare, and manage client data for intake, reporting, and deliverables.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reports.
• Proactively escalate risks or issues and support resolution.
• Contribute to process improvements and cross-team collaboration.
