Job summary

Epiq is hiring an Associate Project Manager to support the delivery of settlement and claims administration matters in a deadline-driven, regulated environment.

This role works closely with Project Managers, internal teams, and client stakeholders to stay organized and moving forward, with a growth path into a full Project Manager role over time.

The Compensation range for this role is 65,000 - 80,000 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of project coordination/operations experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Project Managers on active settlement and claims matters
• Coordinate daily project tasks and track progress against deadlines
• Translate client and court requirements into operational work requests
• Assist with client communications, status updates, and inquiries
• Review, prepare, and manage client data for intake, reporting
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reports
• Proactively elevate risks or issues and support resolution
• Contribute to process improvements and cross‑team collaboration
