Job summary

JLL is hiring an Associate Director for the Global Integration PMO in a full-time hybrid role based in the United States. You will oversee end-to-end program management, lead regional integration forums, and develop report-outs for senior leaders while coordinating across construction and consolidation projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Real Estate/Architecture/Interior Design/Business Admin with 5–7 years of relevant experience, plus strong financial modeling, data analytics, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Interior Design, or Business Administration.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in consulting, real estate, or finance.
• Proficient with financial modeling and data analytics.
• MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Tableau or Power BI preferred.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with a client-service mindset.
• Prior project execution experience.

Responsibilities

• Support regional program integration and PMO projects.
• Help establish cross-functional governance for unified regional integration.
• Assist real estate and workplace streamlining from strategy to implementation.
• Prepare clear client communications and data-informed reports.
• Develop business cases linking strategy and analytics to recommendations.
• Monitor program KPIs and dashboards for health insights.
• Facilitate regional meetings and manage inputs and actions.
• Aggregate data, feedback, and reporting for single-source accountability.
• Create data visuals for performance, financial modeling, and ad hoc reports.
