Job summary

RWS is seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our client-facing Project Management team. You will help ensure efficient localization projects, manage budgets and timelines, and serve as a primary contact for client stakeholders on day-to-day operations.

With 1–3 years of project coordination (localization or similar) plus customer service experience, you will support the end-to-end lifecycle under senior PM supervision, contributing to process improvements and team knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of project coordination experience (localization or similar) plus 1 year of customer service/account management.
• Clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams.
• Strong organization, planning skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive, client-focused, collaborative and reliable attitude with mentoring ability.

Responsibilities

• Manages standard localization projects including scheduling, budgets, quotes and workflow execution.
• Serves as day-to-day client contact with senior PM support; updates and cross-functional collaboration.
• Delivers projects on time, on budget and to quality expectations; produces reporting and post-mortems.
• Supports professional growth and knowledge sharing within the team.
