Spectrio is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact initiatives across the organization. This entry-level role will work closely with senior leadership to bridge strategic vision and operational execution; ensuring projects deliver within scope, timelines, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years project management, coordination, or related support role
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field required
• Experience with MS Office / Google Suite
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with high attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills across diverse teams
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• CAPM, CSM, PSM I, or other PM certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities for strategic initiatives
• Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, and Support to track milestones and remove blockers
• Lead regular stand-ups, status reviews, and planning sessions to maintain momentum
• Create and manage project documentation, including status reports for stakeholders and ELT sponsors
• Maintain project health metrics and communicate potential delays to stakeholders
• Support resource allocation planning and monitor capacity across workstreams
• Facilitate retrospectives and post‑mortems to capture lessons learned for future initiatives
