Job summary

Spectrio seeks an Associate Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives. This entry-level role collaborates with senior leadership to bridge vision and execution, ensuring projects meet scope, timelines, and quality standards.

It offers high visibility, a mentorship path, and future end-to-end ownership of independent projects, with remote work flexibility and growing responsibilities within enterprise programs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in project management or related role.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
• Experience with MS Office and Google Suite.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of PM methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• CAPM or introductory Scrum Master certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities for a variety of strategic initiatives.
• Partner with departments such as Sales, Product, Operations, and Support to track milestones and remove delivery blockers.
• Lead regular stand-ups, status reviews, and planning sessions to maintain momentum and clarity.
• Create and manage project documentation, including status reports and updates for stakeholders and ELT sponsors.
• Maintain project health metrics and communicate potential issues or delays impacting the project.
• Support resource allocation planning and monitor capacity across workstreams.
• Facilitate retrospectives and post-mortem evaluations to capture lessons learned for future initiatives.
