Spectrio is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact initiatives. The role bridges strategic vision and operational delivery under senior leadership guidance.

You will start with sub-projects and narrow work streams, then progress toward end-to-end ownership of independent projects. This is a growth-focused, entry-level opportunity with visibility and support.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years in project management, coordination, or related support role.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, PM, or related field.
  • Experience with MS Office / Google Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication across diverse teams.
  • Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methods.
  • CAPM/CSM/PSM I or similar certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking activities for strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Support to track milestones and remove blockers.
  • Lead stand-ups, status reviews, and planning sessions to maintain momentum.
  • Create and manage project documentation and status reports for stakeholders.
  • Monitor project health metrics and flag delays or risks to leadership.
  • Support resource allocation and capacity planning across workstreams.
  • Facilitate retrospectives and lessons learned for future initiatives.

Primary Objective

Spectrio is looking for an Associate Project Manager to support the planning ,coordination, and execution of high-impact initiatives across the organization. This entry-level role will work closely with senior leadership to bridge strategic vision and operational execution; ensuring projects deliver within scope, timelines, and quality standards.

The Associate Project Manager position offers high visibility and a clear growth path. This role will start by managing sub-projects and work streams within enterprise initiatives under direct mentorship, progressing toward end-to-end ownership of independent projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Support & Execution: Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities for a variety of strategic initiatives
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with departments such as Sales, Product, Operations, and Support to track to track project milestones and remove delivery blockers
  • Meeting Facilitation: Lead regular stand-ups, status reviews, and planning sessions to maintain team momentum and clarity
  • Project Documentation & Governance: Create and manage project documentation, including status reports and updates for stakeholders and ELT sponsors
  • Workstream Management: Maintain project health metrics and identify and communicate potential issues or delays impacting the project
  • Resource Tracking: Support resource allocation planning and monitor project capacity across workstreams
  • Continuous Improvement: Facilitate retrospectives and post-mortem evaluations to capture key lessons learned for future initiatives
Requirements
  • 1-3 years project management, project coordination, or related support role
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field required
  • Experience with MS Office / Google Suite
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with high attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills across diverse teams
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management), introductory Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM I), or other Project Management certifications preferred
