Job summary

Propelis is seeking a Manager of Packaging Project to oversee day-to-day client project management from scope to completion. You will drive timelines, coordinate with design agencies and printers, and ensure seamless handoffs across internal and external partners.

You will develop strong client relationships, apply consumer insights, and mentor team members while maintaining rigorous budgets and risk plans. This role is remote in the US with potential travel.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, graphic arts, marketing or related field required.
• MBA/Master’s preferred; significant project management experience.
• 6+ years of project management experience; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to define project scope and timelines.
• Coordinate creative development with brand design agencies.
• Monitor art production from handoff through final materials.
• Resolve art/file or printing issues with suppliers.
• Oversee design extensions across substrates for print production.
• Manage communication with printers and design agencies.
• Set priorities, timelines, and status updates for partners.
• Address issues across projects and teams; monitor progress.
• Ensure deliverables meet expectations; plan risk and contingencies.
• Enforce standardized processes and approvals with stakeholders.
• Gather inputs and validate resources to execute projects.
• Provide technical consultation to Product Teams on packaging.
• Direct and develop team members; mentor and train staff.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
