Navitus Health Solutions seeks an Associate Product Manager to help develop, deliver, and optimize products across their lifecycle. The role partners with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to translate business goals and customer needs into actionable initiatives, with a focus on product strategy, research, and documentation.

The position supports market analysis, roadmaps, and performance metrics, and collaborates to ensure compliant, timely product delivery across client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1 year of experience in product management or related fields.
• Healthcare, PBM, biomedical, or digital health industry experience preferred.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and adhere to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing products through development, launch, and optimization lifecycle.
• Support creation and maintenance of roadmaps, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Define product requirements with cross-functional teams and support enhancements.
• Maintain product documentation and communications in line with brand and regulatory standards.
• Conduct opportunity analyses with account management teams.
• Participate in client implementations and support internal stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes for compliance and relevance.
• Apply basic project management techniques to support scope and deliverables.
• Support cross-functional projects to determine product requirements and system enhancements.
• Other duties as assigned.
