Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our team. The Associate Product Manager supports the development, delivery, and optimization of assigned product(s) throughout their lifecycle.

This role works closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to translate business goals and customer needs into actionable product initiatives. Responsibilities include assisting in product roadmaps, market research, documentation, and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• 1 year of experience in product management, product development, project management, or related experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, PBM, biomedical, or digital health industries is preferred.
• Participate in and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with others.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing products through lifecycle stages including development, launch, and optimization.
• Support creation and maintenance of product roadmaps, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and enhancements.
• Maintain and update product documentation and communication materials.
• Conduct opportunity analyses for assigned product in consultation with account management teams.
• Participate in client implementations and provide support to internal stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure product compliance.
• Apply basic project management techniques to support scope and timelines.
• Assist in cross-functional projects to determine product requirements and system enhancements.
• Other duties as assigned.
