Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our team. The role supports development, delivery, and optimization of assigned products through their lifecycle, collaborating with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to translate business goals into actionable initiatives.

The Associate PM contributes to product strategy, conducts market and user research, and helps manage product documentation and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 1 year of experience in product management, product development, project management, or related experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), biomedical, or digital health industries preferred.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with others.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing products through lifecycle stages including development, launch, and optimization.
• Support creation and maintenance of product roadmaps, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure timely execution of projects.
• Maintain and update product documentation, templates, and communication materials per brand and regulatory standards.
• Conduct opportunity analyses for assigned product(s) with account management input.
• Participate in client implementations and support internal stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and relevance.
• Apply basic project management techniques to support scope and timelines.
• Assist cross-functional projects to determine product requirements and system enhancements.
• Other duties as assigned.
