Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our team. This role supports the development, delivery, and optimization of assigned product(s) throughout their lifecycle, translating business goals and customer needs into actionable initiatives.

The Associate Product Manager collaborates with Product Managers and cross-functional teams, conducts market research, and helps manage product documentation and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in product management, product development, project management, or related experience.
• Experience in healthcare, PBM, biomedical, or digital health industries is preferred.
• Participation in, adherence to, and support of compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with others.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing products through lifecycle stages including development, launch, and optimization.
• Support creation and maintenance of product roadmaps, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and support enhancements.
• Maintain and update product documentation, templates, and communications per brand and regulatory standards.
• Deliver opportunity analyses for assigned products with account management teams.
• Participate in client implementations and support internal stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and relevance.
• Apply basic project management techniques to support scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Assist in cross-functional projects to determine product requirements and system enhancements.
