Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our team. The role supports development, delivery, and optimization of assigned product(s) through their lifecycle.

You will work with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to translate goals into actionable product initiatives and help manage product documentation and performance tracking. The Associate PM conducts market and user research, contributes to product strategy, and collaborates on client implementations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1 year of experience in product management, product development, project management, or related experience.
• Experience in healthcare, PBM, biomedical, or digital health industries preferred.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing products through lifecycle stages including development, launch, and optimization.
• Support creation and maintenance of product roadmaps, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and support enhancements.
• Maintain and update product documentation and communication materials per brand and regulatory standards.
• Conduct opportunity analyses for assigned product(s) with account management.
• Participate in client implementations and support internal stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure product compliance.
• Apply basic project management techniques to support scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Assist in cross-functional projects to determine product requirements and system improvements.
