Job summary

Manifold, a division of Lyft, is hiring an Associate Producer to support live events, activations, and conferences from planning through onsite execution. You will work closely with Producers, Account, Creative, Strategy, and Operations, assisting the VP of Production and maintaining schedules and budgets.

The role requires 1–3 years in event production, strong organization and communication skills, and a willingness to travel and work non‑traditional hours.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, meetings & events, entertainment, hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Proactive problem solving and initiative.
• Willingness to travel and work non‑traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Support live events, brand activations, and conferences from planning through onsite execution and post‑event wrap.
• Collaborate with Producers, Account, Creative, Strategy, and Operations; assist VP of Production.
• Track deliverables, timelines, and action items across all phases.
• Maintain production schedules, milestone trackers, run‑of‑show docs, and shared folders.
• Assist with budgets, estimates, invoices, expenses, POs, and vendor docs.
• Source vendors, bids, contracts, and basic vendor logistics.
• Coordinate internal teams and meetings; capture notes and action items.
• Manage freelance staff lists and production templates; help standardize processes.
• Develop and maintain production schedules, timelines, run‑of‑show docs, checklists, and plans.
• Flag risks and gaps to Lead Producers; contribute ideas to improve programs.
