Manifold, a division of Lyft, is seeking an organized Associate Producer to support live events, brand activations, and conferences from planning through onsite execution and post-event wrap.

You will work closely with Producers, Account, Creative, Strategy, and Operations teams, providing critical operational support to the VP of Production and helping maintain budgets and schedules across multiple programs.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, meetings & events, entertainment, hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and prioritize.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Proactive approach to problem solving—you see what needs to happen and take action.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Desire to learn and grow within the industry.
• Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours when required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; experience with project management or event production software is a plus.
• Doesn't wait for instructions; takes initiative, asks questions, and jumps into details.
• Highly curious and focused on seamlessly organizing the hundreds of small details that make live events successful.
• Comfortable asking for clarification, following through on commitments, and escalating risks appropriately to avoid surprises.

Responsabilidades

• Support live events, brand activations, and conferences from planning through onsite execution and post-event wrap.
• Collaborate with Producers, Account, Creative, Strategy, and Operations while assisting VP of Production.
• Track deliverables, timelines, and action items across all phases including pre-program, onsite, and post-program wrap.
• Maintain production schedules, milestone trackers, run-of-show documents, and organized shared folders.
• Assist with tracking estimates, invoices, expenses, purchase orders, and vendor documentation.
