Job summary

Bridgeway Benefit Technologies LLC is looking for an Associate Platform Engineer to help design, develop, and maintain the infrastructure that supports our software development and deployment.

This role blends software engineering, systems architecture, and operations, working with teams across development, security, and IT to ensure scalable, reliable platforms for hosting applications. Remote position with East Coast preference.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional engineering or IT operations experience with cloud exposure.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms and scripting.
• Familiarity with version control systems and IaC concepts.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, K8s, ECS).
• Good communication and collaboration skills; eager to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and monitoring cloud infrastructure for scalability and resilience.
• Contribute to infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipeline development.
• Support monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions; assist in patching and maintenance.
• Respond to basic incidents and help with on-call rotation as needed.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams and document procedures.
