Job summary

Remotebridge is seeking a Software Engineer to join its Platform Engineering team. The role focuses on building scalable full-stack applications with React, Node.js, and TypeScript, taking ownership from architecture to production.

You will contribute to AI-enabled tooling and collaborate across product, operations, and design to ship reliable systems in a fast-growing, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js across the full stack.
• Experience joining an early-stage engineering team in a startup setting.
• Track record of building and scaling products in high-growth environments.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
• Experience with REST APIs, cloud platforms (AWS), and modern backend architectures.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Own features and systems end-to-end, from architecture to production.
• Develop reliable backend services, APIs, and frontend interfaces.
• Design and optimize databases, data models, and queries.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and design to implement solutions.
• Improve platform reliability, performance, and developer experience.
• Make practical technical decisions balancing speed, quality, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve systems.
