Job summary

Oscar Health is hiring an Associate Manager, CG&A to lead a dedicated escalation team within CG&A/MPCT. You will mentor staff, resolve complex cases, and partner across upstream and downstream teams to improve operations and customer experience.

The role reports to Associate Director, Member & Provider Escalations and Director, Member & Provider Lifecycle, with remote work available for Florida residents. Base pay ranges from $64,832 to $89,144 per year, plus benefits and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years leading and developing a team in production or contact center.
• Experience coordinating across locations and disciplines.
• Proven ability to use data to drive decisions and continuous improvement.
• Experience with Lean methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mentor team members and build future organizational leaders.
• Manage daily operations, performance measurement, and cross-functional communications.
• Handle complex escalations and root-cause analysis to reduce volume.
• Lead high-visibility cases with executive leadership to mitigate risk.
• Identify operational trends and drive proactive process improvements.
• Establish and enforce escalation procedures to ensure compliance and reduce friction.
• Collaborate with leaders to translate insights into efficiency improvements.
