Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking an Associate Manager, CG&A to lead a team focused on member and provider escalations, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. The role reports to leadership in the CG&A/MPCT team and requires a hybrid Tempe presence with in-office days.

The base pay range is $64,832–$89,144 per year, with benefits and performance bonuses. You will mentor staff, drive process improvements, and ensure compliant escalation handling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading and developing a team in a production environment or contact center.
• 2+ years collaborating across multiple locations and disciplines.
• 2+ years working with a diverse set of people.
• 2+ years implementing operational excellence.
• 2+ years using data to drive decisions and continuous improvement.
• 2+ years advanced Google Suite or Microsoft Office capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Mentor team members to build future organizational leaders and a positive culture.
• Manage daily team operations, measure performance, and cross-functional communications.
• Oversee grievance workflows and resolve complex cases with data-driven root-cause analysis.
• Handle high-visibility cases with executive collaboration to reduce risk.
• Identify operational trends and apply Lean improvements.
• Establish standard escalation procedures to ensure compliance and reduce friction.
• Partner with leaders to translate insights into efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
