Job summary

Progressive Insurance is seeking an associate manager for Forensics and eDiscovery Systems. You will lead the people, portfolio delivery, and operational support for a complex suite of eDiscovery and forensic technologies.

Remote role with occasional travel to Cleveland, OH for meetings and training. You will partner with Legal and IT leaders to shape strategy, manage budget, and ensure scalable, compliant delivery across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business systems (systems integration, tech solutions, PM, process design) or
• Bachelor's degree or higher with 5+ years in business systems and related duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead people, portfolio delivery, and operational support for Forensics and eDiscovery Systems.
• Manage portfolio, budget, and vendor relationships; guide complex initiatives and escalations.
• Partner with Legal Systems leadership on strategy, roadmaps, and alignment across stakeholders.
