Job summary

Progressive Insurance is seeking an Associate Manager of Legal Systems to lead people, portfolio delivery, and operational support behind the systems Corporate Legal relies on. You will guide a team of business systems consultants and partner with Legal Systems leadership on strategy, roadmaps, and priorities.

This remote role requires deep experience in business systems, strong leadership, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder priorities while delivering secure, compliant solutions

Qualifications

• A minimum of eight years experience in business systems (e.g., systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems, training and supporting users, ensuring compliance and security, gathering and documenting requirements).
• Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years experience in business systems (e.g., systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems, training and supporting users, ensuring compliance and security, gathering and documenting requirements).

Responsibilities

• Lead people, portfolio delivery, and operational support behind the systems Corporate Legal relies on.
• Manage and develop business systems consultants while providing leadership, guidance, and oversight.
• Partner with Legal Systems leadership on portfolio strategy, priorities, roadmaps, and overall direction.
• Manage the portfolio and budget day-to-day and ensure strong support models, standards, and best practices.
• Combine people and portfolio leadership with hands-on business systems expertise and guide complex work.
